Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Greenlight Audio website and production services at greenlight-audio.com.

1. The Service

Greenlight Audio provides audiobook production, distribution, and royalty collection services. By submitting a manuscript for production, you confirm that you hold the rights necessary to license audio adaptation.

2. Production Tiers

We offer three production tiers (Starter, Studio, Premium) with fixed pricing and turnaround commitments. Detailed terms for each tier are listed on the Pricing page.

3. Royalties

Royalty share varies by tier (60-80%). Royalties are collected from each platform monthly and remitted to you on the 1st of the following month, with a transparent dashboard showing all platform-by-platform earnings.

4. Rights

You retain all underlying rights to your work. We acquire only the audio production and distribution rights necessary to manufacture, distribute, and monetise the audiobook on your behalf, for a renewable term.

5. Distribution

We distribute to 14 major audiobook platforms. We do not guarantee acceptance by every platform — each retailer has its own content policies — but we will distribute to every platform that accepts the work.
